We are finally in our new and beautiful house
but because I insisted on the surgery to remove that bump on his back, my little doggie passed away in a horrible cold lonely veterinary hospital thinking we abandoned him

I am just so very, very sorry about your dog!!!! My dog has had several surgeries in his life and for about 24 hours post surgery Max has always been completely out of it sleeping....I am sure that he slept peacefully!! I'm sure that he never felt abandonded. Don't be too hard on yourself....you were doing the right thing it was just an unfortunate thing that happened.

Bethany, I'm so so sorry to hear about your dog. We lost a beloved pup earlier this year, so I know what you're going through. It's an awful situation, but it's not your fault. Hope the new puppy helps lift your spirits.
